Our client is a manufacturer of wrought iron railing and gates for houses. They were previously cutting out catches for each gate manufactured by hand.
We cut out 100 catches using a small sheet of 5mm S275 carbon steel. The client estimates that he has saved atleast 30 man hours by having these items laser cut rather than cutting by hand.
