KGM Laser was established in 2015 to provide sub-contract laser cutting services to clients across the UK. The company operates from a facility strategically located in Gateshead, with 5 minutes of both the A19 and A1.
Laser Cutting Machinery
KGM Laser utilise Amada equipment.
Our Amada LASMAC 2415 machine has the following capabilities:
- Max. Sheet Size(including 1 reposition): 5040 x 1550mm
- Guaranteed Cutting Thicknesses: 9mm Mild Steel, 8mm Stainless (Oxygen Cut), 3mm Stainless (Clean Cut), 3mm Aluminium (A5052)
- Max Work Piece Mass: 210 kg
Should large production runs be required, we can operate on a 24/7 basis.
CAD/CAM Capabilities
KGM Laser utilise Amada Production Engineer & AP100 for CAD/CAM, as well as Dr. Abe (Blank) for Laser nesting & materials management.
