Our client urgently required an sifting screen cut out. This was 300mm x 400mm with over 350 off 8mm holes to screen out undersized product.
The screen was to be manufactured in 316L Stainless Steel.
The order was urgent as the line could not be in production whilst the screen was missing.
We cut the screen using stock material overnight for the client to allow production to commence without delay.
